we use undefining relative clauses when

1. describe 2 unrelated facts

2. adding my personnel experience/opinion 

One of my coworkers loves to wear expensive black-leather jacket, which I think is a bad idea, because he looks like a fashion terrorist when he wear it

I drink 3~4 cups of coffee everyday, which makes me high with caffeine. 

Computer, which I use all day for no choice, is the one of the powerful calculator of entire human history.

My iPhone bumper, which was pricy but gorgeous, has been broken by accident.

1. say  vs.  tell

tell 은 직접목적어 수용, say 는 to 필요

I told you

I said to him

tell은 inform, instruct의 뜻 (알려줄 때, 가르칠 때)

He said to me 'Good morning' (o)

He told me 'Good morning' (x)

tell은 목적보어로 to부정사를 취할 수 있음, say는 안됨. (to 2번 나오면 이상함)

I told you to do something

I said to you to do something (x)

둘 다 if나 whether로 시작하는 간접의문문을 만들지 못함. 

이 경우 ask가 의미가 더 와닿는 것 같음. (~ 인지 아닌지 물었다.)

2. talk vs. speak

talk이 조금 informal

sense, nonsense 의 의미 (?) --> talk

speak는 프레젠테이션 같은 일방적인 의사전달, 격식을 갖추었을 때 

영어를 할 줄 알아요! 이런 경우는 speak

전화상에서 바꿔달라고 할때 --> 역시 speak

음 숙제 엄청 어렵군

교수님이 말했다(said), 자기 영어 할 줄 안다고 (speak)

학생들은 서로 얘기했다(talk), 교수님은 한글을 잘 

The professor said to us he can speak both Korean and English.

I really wanted to tell him that 

he can speak but he is not good at understanding.

We sometimes talked each other about it how non-senseful he said
